Where multiple Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. vt999 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. vt999 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are correct will be deemed authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify vt999 support immediately.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting vt999 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided and associated Bonus Funds forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after bonus forfeiture will be returned via the Player's preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
vt999 operates a mandatory KYC programme in order to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all Players. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle at vt999's sole discretion.

The minimum deposit via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 100. Minimum deposits via bank transfer channels (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may be higher and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. Minimum USDT TRC20 deposit is USD 5 equivalent.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the Account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to two (2) business hours subject to the sending bank's processing schedule. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside vt999's control.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation. vt999 reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment method if third-party funding is suspected.
Withdrawals may only be processed after completion of KYC verification. The Account must be in good standing with no ongoing investigation, dispute, or self-exclusion period in effect. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
